太鼓祭り関連エピソード第3回。

今年のお祭りの感想を聞いてみました！

This years Niihama festival for my Taikodai Hongo was all about trying to make sure our performances were the best that they could be. This year due to it being held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday we were able to gather more people than usual. And for the 3rd year in a row we were able to lift it all the way up to the shrine without dropping it. As one of the biggest in Niihama, we are limited to what we can perform and its more difficult to lift for a long time. So with the extra numbers this year we were able to compete with the other taikodais in the competitions. My two friends who joined me in the festival from the UK and Australia were impressed with our performances and both want to come back next year for the festival. Its nearly 2 weeks since the festival and I`m already looking forward to next year.
