Lots of people in Western countries have already had the jab, but it hasn’t been rolled out　extensively in Japan yet. I live with my elderly parents, so I’m hoping to get it soon.

I don’t agree with people who refuse to get the jab, as it affects the whole community. I　believe everybody should be vaccinated in the public interest – it’s not just for me, it’s for everybody.

Somebody who doesn’t get the jab puts other people at risk, especially older people and those with medical conditions. I hope the government hurries up and offers the jab to everybody soon.
