新居浜、西条の秋と言えば、お祭り🍂🥁
今回、Corinna先生はどちらも楽しんだようです🍟🐲
少し遅くなりましたが、Corinna先生のお祭りの思い出を聞いてきました！
I was able to go to saijo festival for the second time this year and watch the danjiri go into the river!
It is an extremely cool event to see and so much fun.
This year I wanted to learn more about the mikoshi and why everyone goes into the river.
I asked a lot of my friends and locals about their versions of the story.
It was so interesting to hear about the differences and similarities in how they view the different events and history.
I met some really cool people at these events too and made a lot of new friends.
I hope one year I can join the festival to get the full experience.

Every year in Niihama there is Taiko festival!
I’m sure many people know about it already, but this year was extra special for me and my friends.
I managed to go to a few events and was able to see my friends why joined many teams!
My favorite event is Yamane park, I love this event because it shows how truly big and special this festival is.
As well my friend’s team always competes.
This year they even WON 1st place.
And I couldn’t be happier for them!
I know it takes so much effort and energy to participate in this festival.
I’m so proud of my friends and everyone who joins the festival every year.
