Hello！NOVA今治そよら馬越校です🔤

新居浜太鼓祭りエピで賑わしてくれていたJoni。

惜しまれつつも10月末にて退職となりました。

Joniのラストエッセイは、お引越しについて。

My time living in Imabari, Ehime is coming to an end and I`ll be moving to Okayama in November. I`m very excited for this move and looking forward to a new challenge but I will also miss living in Imabari and will miss teaching you all here. The thing that I`m most dreading is having to go to the city hall in Imabari and also in Okayama to tell them about the move. I hate going to the city hall as it means that I have to fill in lots of paper work. This is completely different to the UK where you don`t have to fill in lots of paperwork. It is all done online whether its the council tax, driving license and even the signing of the apartment contract. On a positive note I`m looking forward to not having to write the Kanji for Ehime in the future.

短期では新居浜に帰省していたけど、社会人として住んでみたギャップはある？と聞くと、転居にあたって、ものすごい量のペーパーワークが必要なことに驚いた！と📃

ロンドンだとオンラインで済むし、電子署名だし、簡単で速いし。

日本だと市役所行ったり、とにかく色んな書類に沢山書かないといけないのが面倒🖊️

特に愛媛は住所を書くのに難しい漢字が多くて😓

岡山に行くと、県名の漢字が簡単になるのはいいかな。と。

そーそー、転居に伴う手続きはライフライン連絡も含めて面倒ですよね。

そこに「漢字」がからむのが、外国人目線ですね！
