10月になり、秋を感じる日が続いていますね✨🍁
カジル横川も、ハロウィン一色でウキウキしますね🎃💖
今日は、Cerys先生が自慢のアイリッシュダンスについて共有してくれました！

I started doing Irish dancing back in 2007 and nearly 20
years later, I still love to do it. Over the years, I’ve
been to many competitions (called a feis -pronounced
“fesh” ) and won hundreds of trophies and medals.
The last time I counted them all was in 2020. The total was:
160 medals, 55 trophies and 7 others.
But since then, I’ve done many fieses and won many more prizes.
My favorite is my 2nd lace world championships trophy from
2021 as it is 1 meter tall!
Sometimes I compete in a sparkly dress (called a solo dress)
and other times I compete in plain black or a class costume.
In Irish dance, we wear curly wigs to make us look bouncy.
They are very pretty but also heavy and uncomfortable.
Even though I’m not currently dancing in Japan,
I don’t see myself quitting any time soon!
