ということで今回は、レバノンの3月のイベントについて紹介してもらいました🎀

Hey everyone! In Lebanon, March is an important month because we celebrate Mother’s Day. Unlike Japan, we celebrate it on the 21st of March, not on the 12th of May.
It is a time when people express their gratitude and love for their mothers through several types of gifts and gestures. Mother’s day is a special day in Lebanese culture because our culture emphasizes strong family bonds, and most importantly, respecting and loving our mother.
At school, children often prepare handmade gifts and cards expressing their love for their mothers. Some examples would be a drawing of the child with their mother, or a heart with an image of their mother.
Physical touch and affection is normal and encouraged in Lebanese culture, so when we see our mothers on Mother’s Day, we typically hug them and kiss them on the cheek to show our appreciation and love for them.
