さて皆様、10月のイベントといえば何を思い浮かべますか？
やはり10月といえばハロウィンのイメージが大きいのではないでしょうか？
しかしほかの国ではハロウィン以外にもイベントがあるようです！
今回はカナダ出身のレイモンドに10月のカナダのイベントを伺った所
Thanksgivingについて教えてくれたのでみなさまにご共有致します(^^)!♡

Thanksgiving is a harvest festival. In Canada by the end of October there is usually snow on the ground. We have finished harvesting so we have a big celebration on the second Monday of October. America has the same holiday on the fourth Thursday in November. At the Thanksgiving party family gets together and we share a traditional meal of turkey and ham. At the celebration we give thanks for something good that happened in the year and enjoy seeing family members.

Ham balls
Stuffing (bread)
Cranberry sauce
Mashed potatoes with butter and gravy
Corn
Green Beans
Salad
