This month in America is a very special time. Of course Valentine’s Day is coming around the corner and we don’t have a White Day in the US so both boys and girls will exchange gifts and go on a romantic date. However, one day before Valentine’s this year is the most popular TV event in the US every year. I’m talking about the Super Bowl of course,also known as the national football league championship. Football is by far the largest sport in the US and it isn’t even close. It’s such a big event that some people that don’t even like the sport watch it just for the commericals or the halftime show concert. This year it’s Rihanna but famous artists like Michael Jackson and The Rolling Stones. Advertisers tend to save some of their best commercials for this event as they should because it costs a few million dollars for a thirty second ad! This year the Kansas City Chiefs are taking on the Philadelphia so get your barbecue, beers, and snacks ready and tune in on the 12th (US time) or the 13th (JST)!
