For Americans there was a presidential election this year!🥳
It was💥💥Trump vs Biden💥💥!
Biden was declared the next President of the United States and will start in January 2021.
In America we vote for the president every 4 years.
Everyone can be the President 2 times!😎✨
That is 8 years of being the president!
Many people go to vote on November 3rd!
It is a national holiday called Election Day!💜
Everyone can vote, but another group of people choose the president.
That group of people is called the Electoral College.
Every state gets votes for how many people live in the state!
California gets 55 votes and Florida gets 29 votes.
The normal votes are like a recommendation to the Electoral College!
