春分の日とは、昼が長くなって「昼と夜の長さが等しくなる日」と言われておりますが
実際は昼の方が少し長いそうです＼(◎o◎)／！
日本の春分の日は、お墓参りに行かれる方が多いかと思いますが、
外国では様々な文化があり、特別な時間を過ごす祝日です㊗
🌸The Spring Equinox🌸
The spring equinox, also known as the vernal equinox, happens in the northern hemisphere around March 21, when the sun moves north, exactly over the equator.
The autumnal equinox happens around September 22, when the sun crosses the equator going south (of course in the southern hemisphere, the spring and autumn names are reversed).
“Equinox” comes from Latin and means “equality of night and day”. In Japan, the spring equinox is a national holiday where people traditionally visit family graves and have family reunions,
but in other cultures it also represents a special time.
In Iran, the spring equinox is the start of the traditional new year. The most important Christian day of Easter is calculated to be on the first Sunday after the first full moon on or after the spring equinox.
