今回は渋谷校のお父さん的存在！？のAndy先生に夏にぴったりなパスタサラダを作ってもらいました(*‘ω‘ *)
いつも賑やかな講師のカウンターで、みんなを温かく見守るAndy先生。
時折ポイントをついた話を振ってくるので、優しさで包み込まれております♪
Andy’s summer pasta salad recipe
Ingredients
・250g pasta ( I’d use penne or shells )
・Bacon ( about 5-6 rashers )
・Cheese ( a cup of diced cheddar or hard cheese of your choice )
・6-8 chopped cherry tomatoes
・a couple of handfuls of fresh basil
Dressing
・juice from half a lemon
・tablespoon of olive oil
・tablespoon of dijon mustard
・tablespoon of honey
・2 cloves of garlic, minced
・salt + pepper to taste
Direction
・chop up the bacon and grill until crisp.
・Meanwhile, boil some water in a pan, add a dash of salt and cook the pasta.
• Once done, put it in a strainer and cool under a cold tap.
• Mix up all your ingredients in a large bowl adding the dressing and serve with a fresh baguette.
料理レシピばかりにする予定はなかったのですが、我さきにとレシピを提出してくれ、
おうちで作って写真をとってきてくれるので、私たちスタッフが本当に今回一番驚いております。。。( ﾟДﾟ)
