今回はバレンタインの続きとなります💓
前回は、James先生の実際のバレンタインの思い出を
記事にさせていただきましたが、
今回は！
なんと！
大宮校のHarry先生がNOVAうさぎ🐰をメインに
バレンタインの物語を作ってくれました👏✨
とってもチャーミングなHarry先生です♡

Nova-usagi hopped out of bed with the biggest smile his little beak could muster. Today was a good day, today will be a good day, today must be a good day!For today was special and he was determined to keep it that way.
He ran to the bathroom to clean and polish his beak and spent a long time fluffing up his ears. He wanted to look his best, no, he wanted to look perfect!
Washed and ready, he put on his best suit and went to leave his house. Closing the door he ran back in, “I almost forgot!” he said with a smile. Back in his room he pulled open the drawer and took out his flowers. 10 red roses, a perfect present for a perfect day.
His gift in hand, Nova-usagi locked the door and happily left his house. It was a nice sunny day. The sun warmed his fur while the wind kept him nice and cool. Not too hot, not too cold. Just a perfect day for a walk in the park.
Making his way to the train station, Nova-usagi stopped at the local convenience store for a quick coffee, just the thing he needed to calm his down. On the train though, he found his nerves got the better of him.
Standing on the train, he worried all the while, “I hope she likes the roses”, “I hope she likes my suit”, then a thought crept in, “I wonder what she will be wearing?”.
Lost in his thoughts the train ride seemed to go by very quickly and before he knew it, he had arrived.
Leaving the station, he could see the park from the stairs. His hands began to shake, he looked all around, nervously searching for her.
He walked to their bench, the spot they had agreed on before, in front of the lake, beside the biggest cherry blossom tree. Yet for all his searching, he still couldn’t see her.
Nova-usagi checked his watch, then his phone, 13:20, she would be here in 10 minutes. He ran through what he’d do when he saw her, what he’d say, how he`d give the present, in the end would it all be for nothing.
Ten minutes past without him realizing, lost again in his thoughts, he’d stopped searching for her long ago. A hand on his shoulder soon brought him back to reality, “Good afternoon.”, he heard behind him.
Turning around he saw her, those beautiful fluffy ears, that perfectly shaped beak, it was her, she was here, Rena-rabbit was here. “Good morning.” he said a little flustered, but she simply laughed that cute little laugh of hers.
Standing in front of her, he couldn’t think properly, he couldn’t even think at all. The only thing that came to mind was “She`s here!”.
Nova-usagi thrust the roses towards Rena-usagi and once more with that laugh she took them, “For me? Thank you, I love them”. Nova-usagi found his smile once more and in a burst of laughter the two joined each other for a walk around the park.
Nova-usagi and Rena-usagi spent the whole day walking around the park, feeding the ducks, watching the birds and looking at the many beautiful flowers.
As the sun began to set they walked back to the station. Nova-usagi couldn’t help but feel the day had gone by too fast and it was then that it dawned on him, he hadn’t said it, he’d lost his chance, her train was here and he’d already given her the gift.
Rena-usagi stood in the doorway to the train waving him off, “Happy Valentine’s Day”, Nova-usagi jumped, “Happy Valentine’s Day!”, he replied. As the doors closed and the train sped away, he smiled, he’d done it, he’d said it and everything had gone perfectly.
With a cheeky grin, Nova-usagi got on his train and took his seat. Only one thought was in his mind, “What a perfect Valentine’s Day”.
