For American food, ①I’ve always enjoyed eating a hamburger with classic American cheese,②although I never have pickles on my burger, because I believe their taste is too strong and ③ overpowers the taste of everything else. When dining at a fine restaurant,④ I’ll almost always order a large steak, usually a ribeye (サーロイン) that’s cooked medium and accompanied with a potato side.
As Japanese food is concerned.⑤I have always liked most Japanese food like sushi, teriyaki, and tempura. Despite originating in China and most Japanese people considering it to be Chinese food, ramen is considered a Japanese recipe by most countries, including my own. My personal favorite is tonkotsu ramen with ⑥ extra chashu roast pork, but without moyashi bean sprouts. For sushi, I always order the classic Maguro Bluefin Tuna (akami, Chutoro, and Otoro plus Kamaotoro if available) and Salmon nigiri.

“Japanese people, mostly women in general, give obligatory chocolate to their bosses, colleagues, teachers or classmates as an opportunity to show their gratitude toward them. However there is no romantic meaning included in it .”
というとより丁寧ですね🍫
②Subordinate chocolate
こちらは非常に面白い表現ですね!😲(Very interesting!)
Subordinateとは「下位の、付属、二の次、配下」という意味です。
英英辞典などで引くと”one who stands in order or rank below another “や”a person who has a less important position than you in an organization“などと説明されていると思います。
