英会話のNOVA入間校🍵です💞

ゴールデンウィークが近くなり、予定を立てたり
新しいことを始めようと考えたり、ソワソワしますね🤩
入間校🍵では、体験レッスンのお申込みが大変増えており、
小さなお子様から大人の方まで、たくさんの方が英語学習を
始めようという方がいらっしゃると実感しております🤗

さて、本日は入間校🍵では毎週土曜日にレッスンを行っている
オーストラリア出身の大人気講師Aiに、日本を見て歩いたこと、
経験したことを聞いてみましたよ😉

Last December, I ran the Mie Matsusaka Marathon. It wasn’t my first marathon, but it was my first time at this specific event. I actually ended up here by chance after missing the entry deadlines for the Shonan International and Nara marathons, but I’m so glad I did.

While every marathon is a challenge, this one quickly became my favorite. The support from the local community and volunteers was like nothing I’ve ever experienced; they made every runner feel incredibly welcome from start to finish. What really made the race special was the student involvement—from the high-energy aid stations and course performances to the touching banners of encouragement at the 21km mark and the volunteers at the finish line. The hospitality was phenomenal, and I’d love to run this race again.

While in Mie, I also made sure to sample the local delicacies such as Ise Udon, the world-famous Matsusaka Beef, and the classic Akafuku. Beyond the food, we squeezed in some sightseeing at Ise Shrine and caught the stunning illuminations at Nabana no Sato. I’ll definitely be returning to Mie, not just for the marathon, but to explore even more of what this prefecture has to offer.

Aiは校舎スタッフよりも日本中あちこちに旅行に出かけていて、
さらにマラソンにも参加しているという、とってもパワフルな
一面を持っています😍
入間校🍵でレッスンした帰りに、途中の駅まで走って帰ることも
あるそうです！
