★Connor先生からの自己紹介★

Hello everyone. My name is Connor！

I am from Cornwall, which is the south west of England. Cornwall is famous for its historical coastal towns and certain destinations such as Bodmin Jail, which is over 300 years old.

Cornwall also has a lot of history involving Pirates and smuggling during the 1700s, and even Palm trees grow here due to the tropical climate. Cornwall also has its own language other than English however it is no longer spoken.

Many of the historical harbors will have a local fish and chips shop which often prepare and cook fish you catch fresh from the ocean if you ask them to do so.

Overall if you were to ever visit the UK I recommend Cornwall for its history and many activities that can be done and also for the many unique foods that can be tried, which are much different than Japan’s cuisine.
