皆さんは Fourth of July（フォース・オブ・ジュライ） を知っていますか？
直訳すると「7月4日」ですが、アメリカではとっても特別な日なんです！
実はこの日は、アメリカの 独立記念日（Independence Day）。
毎年7月4日になると、アメリカ中が祝日ムードで盛り上がります
今回はアメリカ出身の Dani先生 が、アメリカの祝日 Fourth of July（フォース・オブ・ジュライ） についてご紹介します！

In the USA, people often celebrate the 4th of July by lighting fireworks, having a barbecue outdoors or attending fireworks festivals. These firework festivals are often held on July 3rd and July 4th and are at large parks.
People set blankets or tarps down on the ground and have a little picnic while waiting for the fireworks displays to begin. Vendors sell snacks and glow in the dark necklaces and bracelets that you can wave around or wear to celebrate the occasion.

アメリカでは、7月4日の「フォース・オブ・ジュライ」っていう祝日を、花火をしたり、外でバーベキューをしたり、大きな公園で開かれる花火大会に行ったりして楽しみます。
花火大会は、7月3日や4日に行われることが多くて、みんな公園にブランケットやレジャーシートを広げて、花火が始まるのを待ちながらピクニック気分でゆったり過ごしてるんですよ。
会場にはスナックを売ってるお店や、光るネックレスやブレスレットを売ってる屋台もあって、それを身につけて雰囲気を楽しむ人もたくさんいます♪
