そよら3Fに移転開校して3か月目のNOVA今治そよら馬越校です✨
本日は新居浜生まれLondonっ子Joniの6月・夏休みの思い出をきいてみました！
One of my fond memories when I was a child was my summer holidays in Niihama. Me and my sister would fly back from London on the plane to meet our father in Kansai Airport, and get the ferry back to Niihama. On the ferry we would spend hours in the games center on the crane games and win lots of prizes. During the summer our father would have to work on the weekdays so we would cycle around Niihama on our bikes exploring every inch of he city. Our favourite place to go was the rivers in the mountains, it would take us around 2 hours to get to but it was worth the long journey cooling off in the river swimming. Back in London we would never cycle so sometimes we would have small accidents on the bike whether it would be my sister bumping into a stationary car or a lamppost. And also me crashing into a wall when I attempted to ride with no hands. Another place that we would often visit is Zuooji Temple where we would go to ring the bell up in the mountain. This was closer to our house in distance but due to it being up hill we would often take the same amount of time getting there. We visited often as one of the monks there was good friends with our mother so we’d often have little conversations.

6月はイギリスでは夏休み。
新居浜に住まわれているお父さんに会いに訪日してたんですね。
フェリー乗船も、お姉さんと一緒に自転車乗り回していた日々も、大丈夫だったの？な事故も、山登っていかないと行けないお寺も、大切な思い出。
毎日毎日新居浜を自転車で走り回ってたんですって🚲
可愛かっただろうなー、チャリンコキッズ🚴
