気温も暖かくなり、桜も咲いている場所が増え、
ほとんどの学校も春休みに入りました🌸

✨Springtime in South Africa✨

In spring South Africa warms up from the North to the South. With rapidly increasing temperatures of Limpopo, and the desert regions of the North all the way to the Western Cape. The Eastern and Western parts stays cool and inviting well into spring. Many tourists and locals indulge in various activities, by far the most popular including whale and bird watching.

Hermanus there is an annual Whale Festival. You can observe and hear the whales moving through the Garden Route along the coast. They communicate through low vibrational sounds that often sounding similar to a deep moan. During the spring time many people are also warned about the danger of sharks when exploring the sea surrounding the Western and Eastern Cape.

With thousands of birds setting their roots in South Africa it is one of the most popular attractions to bird watch. Due to the bloooming flowers through out the Spring season many birds are attracted to this warm slice of Southern Africa. Common species to be seen throughout the country would be the cranes, southern red bishop and the fish eagle.

Due to the warm climate it is common for many people to indulge in fruit based dishes throughout the Spring and well into summer such as mangos,watermelon and more. South Africa is notoriously known for its variety and diversity in wild life, food and cultures. It is the experience of a life time and one you should surely place on your bucket list！
