さて、お待たせいたしました！！！！！
そして新年あけてしまいましたがTimのお料理レシピシリーズ、、まさかのクリスマス料理…😳

どんな料理が出てくるのでしょうか？？？

Hello!
This is Tim from JR Ibaraki Nova.I hope everyone is doing well! It’s getting close to Christmas and New Year’s Day. Usually around this time, people get together and eat and drink to celebrate the holidays. Do you have a favorite holiday food?

Here’s a quick recipe for something I sometimes make at this time of the year, Deviled Ham.

You’ll need the following ingredients:
600 g of chopped or diced ham ( cooked chicken breast or boiled eggs could also work if you don’t have ham)
½ of a red onion, diced
5 g garlic powder or 1 large clove of fresh garlic, crushed
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup softened cream cheese
15 ml Dijon mustard
10-15 ml Tabasco sauce
15 ml Worchestershire sauce
10 ml white wine vinegar
5 g freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup chopped parsley

Add everything together in a food processor and process the mixture until there are no large pieces. If your food processor is small, you may have to do this in several batches. If so, make sure to mix it all together in a large bowl or something so all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
After that, put the deviled ham in a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours to let the flavors blend. You can keep it for up to five days in the refrigerator with no problem.

It makes a nice snack with crackers or a sliced baguette. It’s also great for sandwiches or you could probably put it in rice balls.
