ベネズエラの夏の過ごし方に関してお話を聞きました🌻🌻
🏖🏝SUMMER ACTIVITIES🏝🏖
School summer vacation in Venezuela starts around mid-July and lasts until the first week of September.
People usually go to the beach, especially the ones located in the east of the country.
In that area there’s an island, Margarita Island, which is one of the main tourist destinations.
There are lots of nice hotels and restaurants there. It’s also a good place to go shopping.
For people who’d rather escape from the hot weather, there’s the west side of the country.
There are lots of mountains, it’s where the Andes mountain-chain starts.
Merida is the name of that region. It reminds me of Karuizawa because of the cooler weather.
Unlike Japan or the US, there’s no professional sports season. The professional baseball season is between October and February.
Venezuela doesn’t have four seasons and most cities experience a similar weather all year round.
You could say that it is always summer in Venezuela.
