夏休みは特にお時間がとりやすくなることもあるかと思うので、
一気に今までの総復習をするチャンスです✨✨
ところで、皆さんは海外の夏休みがどのようなものか、ご存じでしょうか？
日本の夏休みといえば、学期の半ばに約1か月～2か月程！
旅行に行ったり🛫、親戚の家👨👧👧を訪ねたり、
夏休みの宿題📚に追われたり、、、！
今日は、カナダ出身のVictoria先生にカナダの夏休みについてインタビュー！！

Summer vacation has officially begun for all students in Canada! For students in elementary school, junior high school and high school, summer vacation starts at the end of June. For university students, summer vacation begins in May. In Canada, the school year starts in September, so students have a 2-3 month long vacation. During summer vacation, many students join a summer camp. Places like community centres and schools often have a day camp where students can go to play sports, learn new activities, and practice their hobbies. Overnight camps are also quite popular in Canada! Usually, kids will spend at least 1 week away from home, where they can go camping and do many outdoor activities, like canoeing and hiking. Many families also take the opportunity to travel during summer vacation. When I was a student, my family and I would go on road trips around Canada and also travel abroad to foreign countries. Some of my favourite memories from summer vacation including spending time with friends at camp and travelling with my family. I hope everyone has a great summer holiday and makes lots of memories!
