今日はそんなTimに夏のおススメアメリカ定番🍳料理🍳のサルサのレシピを聞きました😀✨
夏に採れる新鮮な野菜を沢山使っておいしいサルサを作ってみましょう！

Summer is just around the corner and with it comes lots of fresh produce from our gardens. Do you have a favorite summer recipe? Here’s an easy recipe for roasted tomato salsa.
You’ll need a knife and an oven (even a toaster oven should be OK). If you don’t have an oven, you can just make fresh salsa, but it won’t taste the same.
1) Get 2-3 large tomatoes and cut them into 8 pieces, 1/2 of a large onion cut into 4 pieces, 1 large clove of garlic, and 2-3 large Japanese togarashi chilies cut into 3-4 pieces.
2) Rub a little olive oil on all the vegetables then bake them in your oven 200 C until they’re a little brown but not black.
3) Remove them and let them cool a bit, then put them in a blender or food processor and chop them into a smooth paste.
4) Add a little salt and pepper and the juice of 1 lime, then taste it to make sure it’s salty enough.
You can eat this salsa with eggs, tortilla chips, on chicken, pork cutlets, or anything else you want. It’s very versatile.
