◆Where are you from?

I’m from Southend-on-sea in the UK. home to the longest pleasure pier in the world.

◆What’s your hobbies?

My hobbies include History and agriculture. Before I worked on a farm and have spent 3 years working in the grasslands of Mongolia.

◆What’s your favorite food?

My favorite food is chicken tikka masala. It’s also the national dish of the UK.
I cook it myself often at home.

◆What’s your favorite thing in Japan?

So far, my favorite thing in Japan has been the toilets with all their flashing lights and gizmos!
