Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. It’s a romantic time of the year to spend with your loved ones!
In Australia when you are in school, you often give your crush a gift (cards, chocolates or flowers). If you are not ready to tell them it was you yet, you would sign it “From Your Secret Admirer”.
In Australia men and women can both give a gift, however it is more common these days for only the man to give a gift (I think it should be both). With Adults, as well as the gift, it is expected that you take them out for dinner too.
I recently found out that in Japan it is actually the other way around :O.This was exciting to hear as i’ve never received a gift on Valentine’s Day :).
Enjoy the day with your loved ones or crush and remember to spread joy and love!!
