クリスマスの過ごし方を教えてもらいましょう🗽
Hello Everyone,
It`s almost December which means it`s almost time for Christmas and the New Year. Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year because of all the fun traditions.
My favorite tradition is making and eating Christmas cookies with my family. Everyone knows that cookies are Santa`s favorite food so we`d always make at least 40 cookies for Santa to eat. The best part was always decorating them with lots of frosting and sprinkles, and cutting them into different shapes.
I especially love making gingerbread cookies. We would always make gingerbread men and then decorate a gingerbread house for them. Whoever could make the best house would also get to eat extra cookies so it was a pretty serious competition in my home. Even if you didn`t win, it would still be a great time because you could eat your house!
Another tradition that I love is decorating the Christmas tree. We always used a plastic tree so we`d spend at least an hour building it together. Then we would take out all of our Christmas ornaments that had many designs, like snowflakes, snowballs and stars, and put them on the tree. We would always listen to Christmas music while we decorated the tree and after we finished we`d watch a Christmas movie, like Home Alone or Elf on our tv. If you`ve never seen them, I recommend checking them out!
