こんにちは！NOVA土浦校です！
10月も下旬に差し掛かり、もうすぐハロウィーンですね。
あるとき、アメリカ出身のSpencerより、
「日本のハロウィーンはなにもしないの？」と質問をもらいました。
というのも「ハロウィーンはどんな予定があるの？」と生徒さんに声をかけたところ「なにもないよ」と言われることが多々あったため気になったようです。
そこで、今回は、本場アメリカのハロウィーンについてSpencerにインタビューをしてみました！
①アメリカのハローウィンではなにをするの？
When I was a kid, I went trick-or-treating.
Trick-or-treating is when kids put on costumes and walk around the neighborhood.
When they knock on a door, they say “Trick or treat !” and then they get candy.
Now I stay home to give candy to trick-or-treaters.
I also watch lots of horror movies in October.
②なにを食べるの？
You should eat lots of candy !
When I was a kid,my favorite Halloween treat was candy bars.
We also have special candy on Halloween, like candy corn and candy pumpkins.
③ハロウィーンの思い出は？
My favorite memories of Halloween are of going trick-or-treating with my friends.
When we got home, we would trade candy with each other, and sometimes play games to try and win more candy !
また、Spencerが日本のハロウィーンで1番驚いたことは、
「Trick-or-treatをしないこと」だそうです！
