さて、本日は皆さまに少し寂しいお知らせがあります…。

当校で英語を教えてくださっているDeepa先生が、
9月よりイギリスへ帰国されることになりました(´；ω；`)

まだ少し時間はありますが、
**8月30日(土)**まで高松ゆめタウン校でレッスンを担当されます！

✉️ From Deepa先生

Hi! I’m Deepa, originally from London. I work in Takamatsu, but will be returning to the UK in September.

My time in Kagawa has been an interesting journey. Sometimes I would feel a little homesick, but I am extremely grateful to have been lucky enough to have lived here and experienced this part of Japan.

I have enjoyed exploring Japan in my free time too and have visited many places including Osaka, Hiroshima, Wakayama and Shiga. My days off were usually filled by cycling around Kagawa and exploring the countryside, visiting temples, hanging out with friends or enjoying the views from Sunport.

Takamatsu is very different to what I expected or have experienced before, but I fell in love with the scenery – especially the mountains and Seto Sea islands. I’ve visited Naoshima, Teshima and Shodoshima – Shodoshima is my favourite!

One of my most memorable moments was hiking Yashima on my birthday and seeing the sunset. I felt like I was in a Jurassic Park movie and it’s one of the most incredible views I’ve had the pleasure of ever experiencing.

I’ve been lucky to have met so many nice people, and amazing students along the way that made my teaching experience here that much better. I’ll be sad to leave but hope to see you in Takamatsu Youme Town soon, and we can have fun talking in English and you can start or continue your English learning journey just like I’m about to start my next adventure too!
