川口校のかわいいハロウィン装飾は10月いっぱいとなっております

今週のTopicは…

【アメリカのハロウィンについて】
Taelor先生が教えてくれました！！！

Kids
Dress up in custumes. Halloween night, kids go ” trick-or-treating”
(*trick-or-treating means going door-to-door saying ”Trick-or-yreat!”)
Trick-or-Treating usually is from sunset to midnight
Then person at the door gives the kids *candy
*Candy can be anything；Chocolate, fruit, gummies,etc

At home
People often have Helloween parties, where people show their costumes, talk, dance, & eat sweets. There are usually costume contests to see who has the best costume
Many people decolate their homes in spooky ways, using sheletons, bat
pumpkins, graves, etc
People carve pumpkins ＆ put candlrs in them.

Secret story
Sometimes, if a house doesn’t give candy, some kids(usually teen ages) will ”egg” or ”T.P.” the house. Which is throwing raw eggs or toilet paper at the house!!!
