Hello Everyone,
My name is Pethina, I am a new instructor from Zimbabwe working in the Izumiostu and Namba Branches.
I’ve been interested in Japan for a long time, it was my dream to come to Japan to visit historical places and learn about Japanese Culture. I would love it if you took my lessons and we discussed our cultures. Zimbabwe is a very multicultural place, we have a rich culture and over 16 languages are spoken there. My other hobbies include reading, traveling and watching movies, especially thrillers.
Ever since I was small, I wanted to be a teacher and work with children. Before coming to japan, I was an elementary school teacher for 8 years. I find teaching to be fun and watching my student’s progress is very rewarding. I’ve also learnt a lot of teaching. I feel that I have learnt as much from student that they have learnt from me.
