After 21 years of living in London I have decided to change my environment to spend more time with my family and to improve my Japanese. From working in one of the busiest streets in Europe, Oxford street which is where many of the flagship stores are located and many tourists that go to London like to visit. To now working in Takamatsu is a complete change of lifestyle and a breath of fresh air.
London has many beautiful places to visit like Big ben, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar square and many more. I`d recommend to go to visit London either in the spring or Autumn as travelling around London when its too hot or too cold can be inconvenient due to there being no air conditioning on the tube. There are two things that I would miss about London is being able to watch Arsenal play at the Emirates stadium and how convenient it was for me to go drinking with my friends there. But I am looking forward to make new Friends here in Takamatsu.
I decided to move to Takamatsu as its fairly close to my birthplace Niihama, Ehime. This allows me to be close to my father but still far enough to be independent. I`m looking forward to trying the famous Udon here and enjoying more Japanese food. I want to continue to explore as much of Japan that I can so if you have any suggestions of where to go that would be appreciated.
