あっという間に１年が終わってしまうことにびっくりしております👀
今週は一年の一大イベント！クリスマスがございますね🎅🎄
みなさんはどのように過ごされるご予定ですか？✨
当校のKIDSクラスの生徒様は、今か今かとサンタさんの訪れを楽しみにしておりました( *´艸｀)🎵
サンタさんには英語でお礼を言わなきゃ！と、
レッスンで習った表現も練習しております💕

カナダ出身講師Quentinに、カナダのクリスマスについてお話聞いたので、ご紹介させてください🍁
A Canadian Christmas
In Canada, Christmas is a very family oriented holiday.
Family members will gather together and share the festivities together.
The major thing about Christmas is the dinner or lunch.
A big Christmas dinner with family is very common where copious amounts of food is served along with the signature dish, turkey.
A roasted turkey often the main dish of a Christmas dinner but ham is also common.
Other such foods include stuffing, cranberry sauce, vegetables and bread rolls.
For dessert popular foods include pumpkin pie and fruitcake but it’s also common to have a large variety of desserts from other types of pie to dessert squares such as Nanaimo bars. But no matter the food that is being served you are sure to gain some weight over the holidays!
