That first time I went to Enoshima, it was a beautiful June day—not too hot and beautiful blue sky that reflected off the water. There were so few people there that I had an entire restaurant to myself, seated by a wide window with an incredible view of waves crashing into the cliffs. I’m an only child and moved a lot growing up, so I’ve always been used to being alone, but never when I choose to be. It was a life-changing trip for me, and led to so many solo-travel vacation in the following years.
江の島への旅がその後の一人旅のきっかけになったそうです。素敵ですね。
