Caileeの夏休みの思い出⑥
Our last full day in Kyoto, we walked around the Imperial Palace, which was so big and beautiful. The palace was so amazing to see and I was happy to learn more about the history of Kyoto. My mother and father especially love history, so I was happy to see their excitement and interests. After, we had tempura for lunch near the Kyoto market area. This was the first official Japanese meal my family had and they enjoyed it very much. After, we traveled to Kiyomizu temple to explore, but our time there was short. There were so many people and it was very hot. While we wanted to stay longer, my family was happy to explore it a little.
