2023年が始まって早くも一週間が経ちましたが、
皆様は今年の目標を決められましたか？
新しい年が始まったこの時期は、
心機一転頑張るぞ！とやる気が出てきますよね！
そこで今回は、講師のGaryとKyleに
今年の抱負についてブログを書いてもらいました！
🎍What’s your New Year’s resolution?🐰
Every year people try to better themselves or to make a goal for the new year. However, most resolutions are not kept the whole year and forgotten very quickly.
I am not an exception either.haha
Some of the most common are about getting healthy.😲
“I want to exercise more this year”
”I have to try to eat healthier”
“I plan to lose__ kg before the end of summer”
“I am trying to quit smoking”
“I want to cut down on alcohol”
Other common resolutions are related to family and friends or work life.😆
“My resolution is to spend more time with family and friends”
“I need to spend less time on social media”
“I want to reduce my stress at work”
“I plan to save money and live more economically”
“I want to find new job”
“I want to get a boyfriend or girlfriend”
