今回はWill先生にアメリカのクリスマスについてブログを書いてもらいました！！
How people celebrate Christmas in the States compared to Japan must be different.
In the States, Christmas is when all of your relatives gather and enjoy food and exchange gifts with one another. The typical meal I always ate was: roast beef, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, chicken, and dessert. However, because the United States is diverse with multiple cultures, other families incorporate their national dishes during the meal of Christmas.
As mentioned earlier, exchanging gifts is a typical thing. There is one game we do call White Elephant. White Elephant is an activity in which each guest brings one gift to the party, and each guest later will receive a number to know when you are going to pick up a gift. However, if it is your turn to pick a gift, you can steal someone’s gift they picked already or pick a gift from the center pile.
