今回は金曜日出勤のKenneth先生に最近の気温の変化についての
お話を聞いてみました‼

Cold Weather
When it comes to hot versus cold, I’ll take cold weather any day. I prefer shivering to sweating, sweatshirts to shorts, and nabe to soumen. It’s easy to pile on the clothes and blankets when it gets cold, sitting in the kotatsu is just heavenly! Meanwhile when it’s hot, unless you want to send your electricity bill through the roof blasting the AC, your only choice is to strip and suffer – and most places outside won’t let you do the former. And while I love ice cream, there are so many delicious hot foods like udon or nabe or sukiyaki that are almost unbearable to eat in the summer heat! But I think for me, my favorite part of cold weather is that the cats get much more affectionate. My cats don’t love being touched during summer, but as soon as the weather turns cold, you can hardly sit down without a cat curling up on you. In bed, on the couch, at the dinner table, no matter where you are, when it’s cold, the cats want to be right on top of you or each other. It really makes for the cutest pictures when the curl up together! So I think I can say with authority that cold weather is superior to hot
