Hello everyone,
Japanese plum is one of the most popular fruits you can find in the country. Rainy season in Japan coincides with the ripening of this extremely sour fruit. Many studies have shown that pickled plums or umeboshi are really good for the body. This might be the reason why Japanese people use them as a filling for their rice balls, and whatnot.
These past few weeks, we all have been experiencing rainy days. Which is why plums are really everywhere. Speaking of wet season, do you like it when it rains?
In the Philippines, children usually play outside when it’s raining. I experienced this myself when I was younger. To be honest, I’ve played in the rain even when I got older, but with my nieces and nephews this time. It’s a very fun and unforgettable experience for us.
