Hello everyone! My name is Sam and I am from the UK. Nice to meet you!
I am now teaching in Japan after working in Vietnam, China and different countries in Europe. Teaching is great because I am able to share a useful skill with people which can be used in so many different and amazing ways. I learn so much from my students as they share so many cool things that I would have never have known about otherwise.
I have always been interested in travelling to Japan because my grandfather always spoke so highly of the country and of his experiences here. I studied history and Japanese history is unique and fascinating. I love Japanese movies and I have read some very good Japanese books. My first love in Japan is Japanese puroresu and of course all of the amazing Japanese people 🙂
I have a wealth of experience teaching all age groups and all skill levels. I have most recently worked with exam preparation for example IELTs, Cambridge and TOEIC. However, I am very happy to teach beginners and advanced students of all levels
