コロナ禍でなかなか海外や遠方への旅行が難しい状況ですが
皆さんは今一番どこに行きたいですか？
草加校の人気講師James先生が
先月日光に旅行に行ったということで、
楽しそうにお話ししてくれましたので皆さんにも共有します！🐒
Last month, my friend and I travelled to Nikko for a little 2 day trip. It was my first time to get away in over two years due to the pandemic and therefore I was very grateful to explore the countryside and wonderful nature that Nikko has to offer.
We began our trip by visiting the famous Toshogu. The shrine is an amazing work of craftsmanship in honor to Ieyasu Tokugawa, Japans first Shogun after the warring states period.
I visited third week of November and there was still some lovely Autumn foliage to be seen. The red and orange colours made the shrine’s beauty appear even more impressive.
During my trip, I discovered that the Three Wise Monkeys originated there. Which formed the proverb “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”
Overall, it was a fabulous trip and I would definitely encourage anybody who hasn’t been to go and check it out!
