3月もあっという間に中旬に入り、
卒業シーズンがやってきました🌸✨
「卒業」について、学生さんからも大人気なJames先生が
母国イングランドの卒業式について教えてくれました🐰

Graduation season has arrived in Japan.
Our University graduation ceremonies have all been cancelled since coronavirus began！
The ceremony is a chance to celebrate completely our University degrees and enjoy the day with friends and family.
There are a few differences between graduation in Japan and the UK.
In Japan, people dress in Kimonos and Hakama but in the UK, students dress up in special graduation robes.(but only university)
Also, in the UK, graduation ceremonies for finishing Elementary school(Primary school) are not so common.
We enjoy our last day of the school year by signing shirts and yearbooks. Often we play games and have a little party with snacks and soft drinks.

James先生の通っていた小学校では卒業式がなかったそうですが
私立小学校はもしかしたらあるかも・・・？とのことです🌸
卒業アルバムにメッセージを書くのは日本でも定番ですが、
シャツに書くのも驚きですね👀
お洗濯はどうするのかが気になるところです・・・(笑)
