オススメのピザのレシピをブログに使わせてもらいました!
Easy peasy petite pizza🍴✨
This pizza is a bit smaller from my last recipe. It’s good for one really hungry person or two averagely hungry people. I recommend making a whole one for yourself even if you can’t finish, as it makes good leftovers too.
The Recipes
First of all, I bought a small crust for this pizza. You’re welcome to buy make one, but that will take a lot more time and effort, which is not easy peasy.
There are two recipes: American style and Sweet chili style.
📍American Style
For the sauce, buy just a small can of tomato paste, preferably without anything added, but if you can find one with the same ingredients we’re going to add to it, then that might save you a few steps. Put the paste in a bowl. Add some garlic, basil, oregano and thyme. I suggest putting a lot of oregano and garlic in, but you can adjust it based on your own preferences.
Preheat the oven to about 170 degrees Celsius.
Next, put the crust on an oven-safe pan. Spread the sauce on the crust. Then cover it in mozzarella cheese. You can put as much or as little as you like, but remember: the more cheese, the more American, and this is the American style pizza after all.
Next up is the toppings. If you don’t want any toppings, just toss the pizza in the oven as it is.You’ve got a lot of freedom here, but here are some of my favorite toppings:
Mushrooms
Onions
Pepperoni
Olives
More cheese (cheddar is good too)
Some people like to put some cheese over the toppings as well.
The pizza should be done in about 15 minutes, but you’ll know when the cheese is melted and the crust is slightly crispy brown.
📍Sweet Chili Style
The sauce is really easy on this one: just buy a bottle of sweet chili sauce. There are a lot of different kinds, but I don’t know the difference between them. They should all work about the same for this recipe though. I bought mine at a shop that imports foreign goods.
Spread the sauce evenly over the crust, then add the Mozzarella cheese. This one I definitely recommend toppings, as it might be a little boring with just cheese. My favorites are:
Mushrooms
Sausage
Zucchini
Onions
After you have all your toppings, put a little more chili sauce, then cheese on top. Cook at 170 C for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust in just a little crispy.
