Halloweenについてインタビューしたいと思います🎤
Mark先生はアメリカ出身なので、
アメリカではどのようにHalloweenを過ごしているか聞きたいと思います。
🎃What is like Halloween in US?
アメリカのハロウィンはどんなの？
Halloween in the US is a special day because many Americans love the change to the Autumn season for the weather and fall colors. People go to pumpkin farms on field trips to pick nice pumpkins big and small to decorate their put in front of their homes.
沢山のアメリカ人は天気や秋の色に変わる季節が好きだからアメリカのハロウィンは特別な日だよ。みんなかぼちゃ農場に行って家の前に置くデコレーションに使う良いカボチャを選びに行くよ。
🎃Why do Americans decorate their house for Halloween?
なんでハロウィンにアメリカでは家を飾りつけするの？
Americans decorate their homes to look like old haunted houses. It’s meant to make people interested in coming to trick or treat or see scary and funny things. Decorating their homes is a big part of the autumn season. Americans decorate for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Since Halloween has become very popular, many people decorate since it is near the beginning of the Holiday season, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
アメリカ人はホーンテッドハウスみたいに見せるためにデコレーションをするんだよ。沢山の人にトリックオアトリートや怖がる為に来てもらいたいんだ！家をデコレーションするのはこの季節で大切な一部になっているよ！ハロウィンだったり、感謝祭、クリスマスなどにも飾りつけをするよ。ハロウィンが人気になったから沢山の人がホリデーシーズンの初めに飾りつけをするようになったよ。
🎃How children spend a day on Halloween?
ハロウィンの日は子供たちはどう過ごすの？
Kids go to school on Halloween. Many schools allow children to come to school in their costumes. Some schools have Halloween parties. The parties have a lot of food and dessert. Some teachers wear costumes to school.
ハロウィンの日に子供たちは学校に行くよ！沢山の学校は仮装をしていくことがＯＫなんだ。いくつかの学校ではハロウィンパーティーがあって、食べ物が沢山あるよ。先生も仮装してくるんだ！
🎃How about adult?
大人はどう？
Adults go to work. Many businesses allow workers to wear costumes. They also have food, games and giving prizes for the best costumes.
大人も仕事に行くけど、ほとんどの会社は仮装して行って大丈夫だよ。食べ物だったり、ゲームがあったり、一番いい仮装をしていった人には商品をもらえたりするところもあるよ！
🎃Is there any events for Halloween in US?
アメリカではハロウィンのイベントはあるの？
Yes, there are parties of every kind parties in school, at work, in neighbors, at homes, in restaurants and concerts.Many theme parks have a Halloween night. There is of course trick or treating. This is the biggest event of all. Kids go to their neighbors doors and knock. When the neighbor answers, the Kids say ‘Trick or treat’!! Neighbors are always surprised by the cool, cute and scary costumes. They give the Kids candy and the Kids leave to visit the next neighbors.
あるよ！学校、職場、家の近く、レストランやコンサートなど色んなパーティーがあるよ。ほとんどのテーマパークではハロウィンナイトがあって、もちろんトリックオアトリートもやっているよ。トリックオアトリートは大きいイベントで子供たちは近所の家に行って、トリックオアトリート！（お菓子をくれなきゃいたずらしちゃうぞ！）と言い、近所の人たちは素敵な仮装に驚くよ。そしてお菓子をあげて、子供たちは次のお家にいくんだ。
🎃What is the the popular costume in US?
どんな仮装が人気なの？
The most popular costume usually relates to what’s popular. Many Kids like to dress as their favorite movie characters like superheros and princesses. Almost any costume is possible. Some kids dress up as a phone.
一番人気の仮装は流行っている物に関連しているよ。子供たちはスーパーヒーローとかお姫様とか好きな映画のキャラクターの仮装をするのが好きだよ。でもどんな仮装も出来るよ。ケータイにドレスアップする子もいるよ。
