Staying physically active is of vital importance for everyone who strives to lead a long, healthy, and active life. I have learned throughout my years of physical training and intensive study within the science of physical fitness, some good general tips to help you stay healthy and to keep your body functioning properly. These practices and philosophies will help you become more productive throught your life, as well as keep you from frequent visits to the doctor by helping to reduce the risk of developing some common health issues and body ailments.It is recommed to conduct a minimum 75-120min of moderate exercixe in your week, and by doing so you will notice significant changes in your heart, blood pressure,and even cognitive functions, not to mention the noticable changes in your body composition.
There are many types of activities that can be done in order to fufill these minim standards, so go for something that interests you to make it fun!
These can range from sports requiring you to move around and utilize body functions such as baseball, soccer, tennis, dancing and many many more. For those who are unable to participate in such sports due to age, body compsition or inury, can do things such as yoga aerobics and simple body weight calesthenic movements to receive these benefits. There have been many studies conducted confirming the life changing impact that physical fitness can have on your life, and why it should be cosidered a necessity in your life and taken very seriously. These studies concluded that those who are more physically active generally have fewer major health issues throughout their life and, can even increase your productivity and reduce brain fog, as well as the tired/sluggish feeling we generally get throughout the day.
Being physically active and moving our bodies more means that our bodies will be better adapted to strain and will not become so feeble with old age.This is very important for those who want to consider having families kids, and grandkids as you will be able to interact with them without feeling drained and being afraid of risking injury. Just as reading books and learning new skills can develope the brain and make you a more well rounded individual, so to can fitness help you with these endevours. What’s the point in having a sharp mind, if your body will not cooperate with helping you get the tasks done you are so inclined to do. If you are physically sick all the time and cannot perform your dutis to the best of your ability, this can greatly hinder your growth and quickly lead to a lifestyle that one may not find very fufilling. Thank you for taking the time to read about what i believe to be a staple in leading your best life, i encourage everyone to take a look at their current lifestyles and see where they can fit in a few minutes of fitness to compound over time and bring you countless benefits!
