Hello! How is the weather?
My name is Polly. I’m from the Cotswolds, England. My favourite colour is red, and my favourite season is autumn.
On Mondays I work at Ginza school, and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I work at Monzen Nakacho school. On Fridays I practice my hobbies, and on Sundays I listen to music while cleaning my apartment.
When I was a little girl, I didn’t like living in a quiet, pretty village full of dogs and rabbits. I wanted to live in a city where I could eat and sing and walk whenever I wanted to. I am very happy in Tokyo.
I’ve always wanted to be good at a sport. As a teenager, I fenced for my country, but my current favourite is Charleston dancing. I would also like to learn how to roller skate and to join a Roller Derby team one day.
Tokyo is a city of independence and introspection, and has been keeping me protected and supported as I approach the next decade of my life.
I aim for my students to leave classes happier than when they arrived, and give back to Tokyo whenever I can. I wish everyone a happy time and I hope to talk with you someday.
